Booker H. Smith has been a member of our Board of Directors since August 2025. Mr. Smith was appointed to the Board by Woodstead Value Fund, L.P.
Mr. Smith is the Chief Operating Officer of Homes of America, a national owner-operator of mobile home communities, and the President of Sullivan’s Scrap Group, a regional metal recycler, headquartered in Hatboro, PA. Prior to joining Homes of America, Mr. Smith was a Senior Vice President at Imperial Capital, LLC, specializing in distressed credit opportunities and reorganized equities. Mr. Smith is also Treasurer of The New York Daily News, serving on the Board of Directors and the Pension Committee. Mr. Smith holds an M.S.R.E.D. from Columbia University and a B.A. in Comparative Literature.
Mr. Smith brings to our Board of Directors extensive experience across corporate credit and real estate investing.
